The Plough Angling Club is delighted to announce the latest fish stocking of the Plough Pond, enhancing the quality and diversity of our fishery for all members to enjoy. This recent stocking will help maintain a thriving and balanced fish population, ensuring great sport for anglers of all levels.

A huge thank you to Tom and Jez at Priory Fishery (https://prioryfishery.co.uk/) for their excellent service and top-quality fish. Their expertise and dedication have once again contributed to improving our waters, and we truly appreciate their support.

Fish Stocked:

• 50 x 1lb Bream – These fish will provide excellent sport and contribute to a more balanced ecosystem in the pond.
• 45 x 6-8” Crucian Carp – A beautiful species that will add variety and excitement to our catches.
• 45 x 6-8” Tench – A classic and much-loved fish that will no doubt be a welcome addition for our anglers.

With this latest stocking, we continue our commitment to maintaining and improving the Plough Pond as a fantastic venue for fishing. These new arrivals will settle in over the coming months, and we look forward to seeing them thrive in their new home.
